In the interest of passengers' safety, we require that all passengers and escorts wear seat belts
If the driver decides that a wheelchair is unsuitable for clamping, e.g brakes, tyres are not in a safe condition then that wheelchair will not be carried in the vehicle.
The driver's decision is final.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
Arrival time of vehicle
In order to provide a more efficient service we are not always able to adhere to a strict timetable so please be prepared for the vehicle to arrive 15 minutes before or after the time booked.
